Let's Bloom into better Health

Normally I do not follow trends that I find on social media, and that's mainly because I am always on the lookout for potential scams. However, Bloom grabbed my attention quickly when I started noticing some of their sponsors including Target, Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, and even Amazon!


My First Impressions of Bloom

The first two jars I bought of Bloom were the strawberry kiwi greens and the mango pre-workout! Now, keep in mind that mango is not typically one of my go-to flavors, but this stuff actually reminds me more of Fruit Loops cereal. And, as far as the greens go, the strawberry kiwi and berry flavors are delicious and taste much better when they are cold. When I bought the vanilla collagen creamer that is stored in the back jar pictured here, I was thrilled with the flavor immediately, it tastes just as good as any Coffee Mate creamer you can find in a store!

My Bloom Research Follow - Up

Pre-Work out drinks have specific directions that must be followed because they are high energy and work quickly, as follows:

  1. Scoop - Start with 1/2 scoop. Assess your tolerance and adjust as needed.

  2. Shake - Mix with 8 - 12fl. oz. water bottles, or you can use blender bottles, OR even better use Bloom's electric mixer!

  3. Sip - Enjoy 15 - 30 minutes before exercising for your best workout yet!


The instructions for the greens and superfoods powder aren't quite as strict, as follows:

  1. Simply add one scoop to 8fl. oz. or more of water, juice, smoothie, or your favorite beverage daily--that's all there is to it!


More information that I can give you before you even get to the website to order are my favorite points with the nutrition factors, for the super greens specifically! Now, I am sure there are skeptics out there like me that ask themselves, "How can Bloom promise us relief from bloat?" And the answer to that question can be split in to three main categories!


  1. Green Superfood Blend - Barley grass powder, spirulina powder, wheatgrass powder, alfalfa leaf powder, and chlorella powder. This blend of superfoods is organic and gluten free, and the weight count is approximately 1.367g per serving.

  2. Pre and Probiotic Blend - Blue agave inulin, bifidobacterium bifidum, lactobacillus rhamnoses, and lactobacillus acidophilus. The weight count for this blend is around 648mg per serving.

  3. Fruit and Veggie Blend - This is the one blend that likely changes a little from flavor to flavor, but for the Berry flavor it includes organic carrot powder, beet root powder, kale leaf powder, blueberry powder, spinach powder, broccoli powder, and ginger root extract. Once again, the fruit and veggie blends are gluten free, and the weight count is around 572mg per serving.

Words cannot express fully how grateful I am for Bloom Nutrition! I am on my second month now and have had NO BLOATING AT ALL! What's on the Bloom bucket list?

Honestly, there isn't much that Bloom Nutrition has to offer that I do NOT want to try, and it seems like they are coming up with more and more fun flavors every week! The next specific product that I would like to try are the sticks of powder specifically for water bottles, and the reason is because I have to be a get up and go mama from time to time and that would be wonderful for those kinds of days!
